A Gym Built on Something Real.

Thirty-Three Iron is a Christ-centered strength training facility for serious lifters in Oklahoma City. The name references the 33 years Jesus lived on earth — a built-in conversation starter for the gospel. This is not a church. It's a business run with biblical integrity, where faith shapes the culture, not the marketing.

We serve weightlifters, powerlifters, and bodybuilders who value discipline, accountability, and purpose. Christ is central, not decorative.

Powerlifting-Focused Faith Gyms in OKC

Oklahoma has one of the strongest faith communities in the nation and a growing fitness culture — but no gym that authentically integrates both. Thirty-Three Iron fills a gap that commercial gyms can't touch and church-run facilities don't take seriously enough.

Not Just a Gym. A Mission.

Competition-Grade Equipment

Power racks, calibrated plates, platforms, specialty bars — built for serious training, not casual fitness.

Weekly Bible Study

Optional, open to all members. Faith is woven into the culture — never forced, always available.

Volunteer Chaplains

On-site presence for anyone who needs to talk, pray, or process life while they train.

Accountability Culture

A community that sharpens each other — in the gym and beyond. Real relationships, real growth.

Community Events

Competitions, meets, open gym nights, and fundraisers that extend impact beyond the walls.

Scholarship Fund

Stewardship means no one is priced out of purpose. Profits fund scholarships for those who need it.

$275,000 · A Loan, Not Equity.

We are raising a total of $275,000 in outside capital across multiple aligned investors. This is 100% outside capital — no personal guarantees from Austin or Sammi. All investment flows through Forged Iron Holdings, LLC, the parent company, which owns Thirty-Three Iron, LLC as a subsidiary.

Investment is structured as a promissory note — 8% simple interest, 12-month deferral from opening day, repaid through profit share. No equity is given up. Austin & Sammi retain full ownership. Full terms available upon request.

Investment Structure Options

Structure Promissory note — fixed interest loan
Interest Rate 8% annual, fixed
Repayment Period 36–48 months
Payments Begin Month 13 of operations (12-month grace period)
Liability Investment at LLC level — no personal guarantees from founders
Holding Entity Forged Iron Holdings, LLC (parent) → Thirty-Three Iron, LLC (gym)

Loan Forgiveness Option

At any point during the repayment period, an investor may choose to forgive part or all of their remaining loan balance as a gift to the mission. This is entirely optional and at the investor's discretion — a way to turn a financial investment into a permanent kingdom investment. Note: loan forgiveness is a personal gift and is not tax-deductible.

Every Dollar Has a Purpose.

No funds go to owner salary, merchandise, or non-essential expenses. Austin & Sammi operate without pay until self-sustaining.

What Makes This Different.

Mission-Aligned

Your money funds a space where lives are changed — physically, spiritually, and communally. Kingdom work with a business model.

Low Risk, Clear Return

Promissory note — 8% simple interest, 12-month deferral, repaid through profit share. No equity dilution. Full terms available upon request.

Lean Operation

Husband-and-wife team, lean operation from day one. No owner salary until the gym is self-sustaining. Every dollar goes toward the mission.

Proven Demand

OKC's Christian community is massive. The strength training market is growing. Nobody is serving this intersection.

Sharpen

Sharpen is the training app built for Thirty-Three Iron members — programming, logging, and accountability, rooted in the same culture as the gym. It extends the community beyond the walls and creates a recurring digital revenue stream tied directly to the mission.

"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."
Proverbs 27:17
