Agreement Summary

By signing this agreement and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to:

Founding Member Status: Valid through August 1, 2026
Payment: $80 upfront (covers first + last month of 6-month period)
Monthly Rate: $40/month for months 2-5, then $45/month locked for life
Benefits: Exclusive hoodie, t-shirt, name on wall, early access, locked rate
Opening: Anticipated August/September 2026
Refund Policy: Full refund if gym doesn't open by Dec 31, 2026 or closes before 12 months
Liability: You assume all risks and release the gym from liability
