Please read the full terms of your founding membership and acknowledge each section.
1. Founding Member Pricing
As a Founding Member of Thirty-Three Iron, you agree to the following pricing structure: An upfront payment of $80.00 is required at the time of signing, covering your first month's dues ($40.00) and your last month's dues ($40.00). Your monthly membership rate will be $40.00/month for the first six (6) months of active membership, beginning on the date the gym opens for founding member access. After the initial six-month period, your rate will increase to $45.00/month and will remain locked at this rate for the duration of your continuous membership. This rate will never increase as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. General public membership rates will begin at $50.00/month or higher. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, founding member pricing cannot be reinstated.
2. Founding Member Perks
In addition to locked pricing, founding members receive: permanent name placement on the Founders Wall; early facility access prior to the public grand opening; input on equipment selection and gym layout during the build-out phase; priority registration for all gym-hosted events and competitions; exclusive founding member gear (shirt and hoodie provided on opening day at no additional cost); and one monthly guest pass for the duration of membership.
3. Christ-Centered Culture
Thirty-Three Iron is an unapologetically Christ-centered facility. The gym's culture, leadership, and standards are shaped by Christian faith and biblical principles. This includes optional weekly Bible studies, on-site volunteer chaplains, and a community standard rooted in accountability, respect, and integrity. Membership does not require adherence to the Christian faith, but all members are expected to respect the culture, values, and fellow members of the gym. Hostile, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior toward the faith-based culture will not be tolerated.
4. Code of Conduct
All members agree to: treat fellow members, staff, and volunteers with dignity and respect; maintain a training-focused environment; re-rack all weights and care for equipment; refrain from excessive profanity, aggressive confrontation, or any form of harassment; and abide by all posted gym rules and staff directives. Violations may result in membership suspension or termination at the discretion of gym leadership, without refund.
5. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that participation in strength training, weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and related physical activities carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, fractures, and cardiovascular events. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the facility and its equipment. You release and hold harmless Thirty-Three Iron, its owners, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the facility, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You confirm that you are physically able to participate in exercise activities and have consulted a physician if you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
6. Cancellation Policy
Founding members may cancel their membership at any time with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon cancellation, founding member pricing and all associated perks are permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated. No refunds will be issued for partial months. The upfront payment of $80.00 made at signing is non-refundable.
7. Facility Opening
Thirty-Three Iron is targeting a soft opening for founding members in August 2026, with a public grand opening in September 2026. Monthly membership charges will not begin until the facility opens for founding member access. The opening date is an estimate and may be adjusted. Founding members will be notified of the confirmed opening date at least thirty (30) days in advance.
